Stayed the same again
total lost = 57 lb's
So it would seem that complacency has crept in. I am not counting calories, just assuming and obviously getting it wrong, OR I need to lower the daily calorie rate to 1300 as 1500 is now my maintenance number.
Whatever it is this week I am going to weigh, count and write down everything like I used to to keep an eye on things. I downloaded a new app for my phone which I can enter calories into, so going to see how good that is.
