Week 13

Week 13

Lost = 2 1/2 lb
Total Lost = 40 1/2 lb

Just 1 1/2 lbs off the 3 stone now :-)

That was a nice surprise this morning, didn't think I was going to do that well as I have missed so many meals this week.

I had Toad in the Hole with new potatoes and veg yesterday, real stodge and a bit of a worry but it was nice to have something that felt a bit naughty :-)

Most of this last week my food each day was the same:

no breakfast :-(  

Homemade Humus and K Crisps with yogurt for lunch

Diet Curry and frozen fruit yogurt, (natural yoghurt and frozen berries mixed in blender) with a bought Meringue Nest for dinner
 My aim this week is to get my fibre levels back in the food I am eating to help the weight along.

The heat has got to me this week, who feels like eating in this temperature?  Not too worried though as it happens and it's normal every now and again

Week 11 plodding along

Week 11

Lost = 1 1/2 lb's
Total Lost = 38 lb

3 lb off the 3 stone mark  now.  Wanted to lose 4 stones by 31st of August for our event, it's looking like I may get close but it's a tall order as I need +2lb a week to achieve it.

This week had a couple of bad moments when I wondered if I will ever get there.  Put on my swimsuit for the first time and realised just how far I have to go, had a little cry about that but all I can do is keep trying.

Week 10 So Sunny :-)

Week 10

Lost = 2 1/2lb
Total lost = 36 1/2lbs

Yay over 2 1/2 stone now :-)

I love this sunny weather,  I have been living on cottage cheese, french toast's (crispbread type), Natural yoghurt mixed with loads of fresh fruit and the odd proper meal.

This week I enjoyed  lot's of the summer fruits that are available, Gooseberry's from MY garden, Strawberry's, Peaches and Cherries.  Also had some delish Homegrown potatoes.

 My peas are nearly ready to pick.  They are  late this year but I do love eating them fresh from the pod :-)

Still losing and inches off

Lost = 2 lb
Total lost = 34lb
Total inches off = 17 1/2"

That was a surprise, didn't expect to lose so much this week.  I have been busy though, gardening and maybe doing it in the heat is sweating it off :-) 

Going to try some new Weight watchers Sauces this week that I found on special offer, will report back on my opinion of them.

I really like the New Philadelphia Sauces, Mushroom or Garlic & Herb.

O'k it is 260 cals per sachet (only have half 130 cals) but with a chicken breast 150 cals, 100 grms cooked rice 130 cals,  it makes a 410 cal meal the same as some Diet ready meals you can buy.
